I’m reading this book by @drjohnstumbo and came across a beautiful quote I had to share. If you’re experiencing hard things right now, know that God still loves you. The hard doesn’t mean He has abandoned you, rather it’s an opportunity to crawl up on your heavenly Daddy’s lap and rest in His deep, abiding love for you.

Every spring I keep my eyes peeled for these littl

Every spring I keep my eyes peeled for these little beauties to pop up. They’re some of the first things that break forth from the clutches of Wisconsin winter. They grow in places that are often overlooked or unexpected, places like ditches and driveways. This little family of flowers makes an appearance each year at the corner of our driveway and house.

In a world of cement and stone, new live blooms in vibrant glory. It reminds me that anything is possible. Life will always find a way. Even in the ugliest places, life can be abundant and beautiful. Jesus makes this possible. He breathes life and hope into impossible situations, weary souls, and broken hearts. He can help us break through, grow, bloom, and bring life and color to our little corners of the world. He’s so good!
